Meet the dynamic mother-son duo, Irene and Thomas Reed. Together they bring 15+ years of experience representing luxury buyers, sellers and investors on the Monterey Peninsula and San Francisco Peninsula. Irene and Thomas are California natives as both were raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Irene has made Pebble Beach her new home as Thomas continues to reside in the bay area. Their combined in-depth local community knowledge, business acumen, superior negotiation skills, attention to detail, proven sales and marketing strategies, upscale home preparation and presentation, and dedication to their clients make buying or selling a luxury home a rewarding experience. Thomas Reed attended Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, CA. He committed his time to playing on the water polo and swimming team for all four years and graduated in 2016. Post-high school, Thomas attended the University of Southern California on a swimming scholarship. He swam for all four years and was captain of the USC men's swim team during his final season as a Trojan. He earned a business degree from the Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in real estate investment and construction and graduated in 2020.
Thomas has two years of experience working in commercial real estate. Out of college, he joined Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in El Segundo, CA where he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage investment assets. In 2022, he relocated to the Bay Area and joined his mother working in residential real estate. He currently works part-time as a competitive and developmental swim coach for Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics during after-school hours. He is excited to be an agent with Sotheby's International Realty® and is grateful for the opportunity to team up with his mom. They bring two different perspectives to the real estate industry yet share the same foundational beliefs and connections to the greater Bay Area.
Born and raised in Los Altos, CA, Thomas grew up spending his winters skiing in Tahoe and Colorado. He spent his summers on a pool deck or out by the beach. Thomas enjoys being outdoors and playing guitar in his spare time.
